Espresso Parts had the group head gasket that I needed for my Rancilio Silvia V3, in stock, at a good price. It was easy to find it, easy to order, and it was shipped promptly. The tip on the site about turning the machine upside down to soak the group head in coffee cleaner/descaler was useful, too.
However, I did not appreciate being auto-added to a high-volume marketing mail list. If there was an opt-out option anywhere during the checkout process, I did not spot it.
