As a native Olympian and one of espressoparts first customers (from the old Jo Mama's location), you guys are always my first choice for coffee wares. The delivery was quick and communication was great around the out-of-stock electric kettle. It arrived shortly after the v60. The only, hyper-critical and needy, suggestion I might have would be that I accidentally ordered an "01" v60 and meant to get the "02". I realized my own error after seeing the order summary from following a link in the delivery notification email. I knew I couldn't do anything about it and thought, "what if espressoparts would catch that mismatch in product and notify me?" Anyway, thank you for the quality gear, and quick delivery. You guys are the best.
