Seems like a great product. I have an old machine and finding parts for it is difficult. Unfortunately these didn’t work for me but that is only because of the age of my machine. Customer service was absolutely wonderful and they credited my account very quickly. I have ordered from Espresso Parts before and they will always be my first stop when looking for additional parts or eventually a new machine.
