We have two Rancillio Silvias which I purchased new around 2006 and with parts that you have supplied, we have been able to keep both operational and one is always used daily. I do not really need a spare, but I have one. Appreciate you being available and willing to advise on repairs. This not the first time we have used you and I am sure it will not be the last. Jim
