Initial conversation with John was helpful. He looked up the part from an onlilne supplier to determine this cheaper item was not the same as their Gaggia brand. Received good Gaggia stainless shower holder quickly. Staff happily honored the parts sale discount, the day after my order. Thrilled to find a shop I could call, and support local, with community values vs. the large one in NY with no easy or skilled customer contact, a product with coffee holes smaller then original part, eliciting customer complaints.
