I received the ordered items and in a timely manner. The only reason I am not giving five stars is that I received a cryptic email saying the items were on pre-order with not date given for a later delivery. There was no reply to my email asking for more information. I spoke to someone in customer service who was very helpful, but she told me it would be about two more weeks before the items would ship. That was acceptable to me. But then about two days later I received the shipment confirmation. I was happy for the early delivery, but I was very confused about the varying bits of information I had received.
