This was a phone order, & I received expert assistance. I requested double espresso baskets, & was told my last order was for singles. I knew that, & just needed additional doubles. It's refreshing to know that my previous orders are noted & mentioned, which could prevent an error. Also, my order was packed & shipped the same day, & arrived 2 days earlier than anticipated. Good job, & I'm very pleased!
