Great selection, perfect customer service and like the product. Where we live all mail is delivered to a PO Box so that is the address I provided. A representative CALLED, yes a very nice real live person called to obtain our physical address for UPS delivery. Delivery was fast and shipping materials were excellent. I gave the product a like (instead of a love) because the saucer has too much flair, making it a bit difficult to use the cup handle. Love that it keeps coffee hot/warm.
