I was looking for the remarkably scarce Acaia Lunar scale in black--the Espresso Parts website had one in inventory, but I wanted to check in person, so I called and a human picked up the phone to verify. I placed an online order and the scale arrived in less than a week--with a nifty sticker that I immediately affixed to my water bottle. I added the store to my short list of excellent coffee places that I would do business with again.
