When I ordered the wrong part and called for help and advice, there was no snarky tone, no eyeroll and no condescension of any kind. A return authorization was promptly issued, and even though the error was mine, shipping was prepaid. Even for a "bad customer" i was given a "great customer experience." Thank you. I'll be back
