Espressoparts quickly addressed an error made by their supplier (wrong o-ring) and then accommodated an error I made (wrong part number). It is rare to see a company focus on solutions and positive outcomes over profitable transactions. It’s a reflection of great company values and a customer focussed team. Will look to do more business with this team in the future.
