As a busy drive through coffee shop we panicked a little when one of our portafilter baskets cracked so we couldn’t use it. Our portafilter was also ancient so I found Espresso Parts and ordered a new portafilter. I had a little trouble finding the right basket for our machine so I emailed Espresso Parts and got a response within a day, ordered the parts they suggested and within a few days we had our parts and were back in business.
