I had placed an initial order of two ringers and only received one. I didn't check my shipment for few months as my coffee shop was not ready. Upon checking and seeing just one item, I emailed espresso parts and provided pics of box and what I received. Without any issues they verified they had only sent out one rinser and shipped out the rinser. That was excellent on their part as it was painless. Thank you
