I don't typically leave reviews, but I was absolutely blown away by the level of customer service provided by Alina C, the Espresso Parts Customer Service Specialist who helped me with a product issue from the factory. The response to my issue was incredibly thoughtful and it completely turned around what could have been an otherwise disappointing experience with the product and its manufacturer. Espresso Parts has a new regular customer, thank you!
