After buying a $6,000 dollar machine and having issues with it, I had a great experience getting it resolved. So a year later I decide to upgrade my grinder to a $1,400 Fiorenzata Sense. It came in and the box was damaged. So I called and emailed and got an immediate response to go ahead and try it and make sure there were no issues. I got it unboxed and plugged in and asked for some basic guidance in an email to make sure I do things correctly. I didn’t receive an answer by email so I called during what I thought was hours 4 pm pacific time. Got a weird phone tree or I should say annoying. Very disappointed that no one seems to want to answer questions to make sure your expensive grinder is set up properly to ensure it wasn’t damaged. Will now think twice before ordering again. Bummed.
