Love EP. The reason for 4 stars is their system causes confusion. I ordered 4 items, 3 were sent with no explanation for the 4th. All were listed ‘in stock’. There is a clause stating that missing items will be sent later. That still leaves one to wonder - was it mistakenly left out? A simple acknowledgement on the shipping order (I.e. back ordered, etc) would address that concern.
