The accident we had was 100 percent the other person’s fault.The follow up from assure legal department was pathetic..We were supposedly supported by their legal systems but severely let down by their follow up.
We had a witness that said the other driver was speeding way beyond the 5/10 mph speed limit in a car park.An open & shut case where the blame lies.They accepted a 50/50 agreement.Not happy with the stain it leaves on my competence as a driver
