A crack appeared in our patio window. Phoned to report it, they sent an estimator/ inspector arranged a date to replace the double glazed unit. Came and did it as arranged. We just paid our X's, e sure settled the bill. Our windows are 25 yes old, no longer manufactured, but we didn't want a different model as the window is one of a pair. Excellent service
