Renewal quote was cheaper than insuring with a new company. Didn't want to call on a 0845 number so emailed esure. They sent me an 0141 number which was answered by a very efficient woman who dealt with the new payment immediately. I've never had such an easy time arranging and paying for car insurance :-)
