Disgrace of a company.
On hold for over an hour everyday with no answer.
And when you get through they fob you off and then put you back on hold.
I want my claim to resolved as soon as possible but they don't care.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY WHEN MY RENEWAL IS UP THEY CAN STICK IT WHERE THE SUN DONT SHINE.
How can you be insured by a company you can't get hold of.
