Put a claim in for a small incident involving someone hitting my car, that was 4 weeks ago and all I hear when I ring up is 'the engineer' is working on your claim.
It's total rubbish , there's been other excuses such as 'the engineer is sick' or 'it has been transferred to another engineer.'
The guy at BMW told me they were poor but you never really know until you put in a claim.
