Unfortunately whilst I was insured by Esure a mistaken/fraudulent/malicious claim has been made against me.
Esure have made this far more stressful than it should have been their communications are terrible, no responses to emails, 52 minutes on hold to speak to someone to get an update, I then had to prompt them to chase the other insurance company to produce evidence I was in an accident.
