Customer service waiting times are an absolute joke!
I'm writing this whilst on hold.... 1 hour and 30 minutes so far. Rang previously for 2 hours 20 minutes and gave up in the end as no one ever answered. I'm sure its a ploy so they make money off the calls which they charge 7p a minute for!. Disgusting I've had to take time out of work just to make a phone call which is now ending up taking all morning.
