Shame you have to wait a life time to speak to someone who doesn’t want to know. Don’t forget it’s 5p a minute so the last to times I’ve rung has been 36 minutes and 31 minutes.
To cancel a policy within a month cost me £123 plus another letter sent out asking for another £50. All in all an absolute nightmare of £170.
Easy to buy but a nightmare to deal with. No common sense and a computer says no environment.
