My car was damaged by a driver covered by esure, in good faith I agreed to Esure to repairing the car, they did not repair it as the electronic tailgate fails to work.
They are now saying that was pre-existing (basically calling me a liar) even though I have diagnostics from an official Audi dealer.
If someone drives into you insured by Esure, PLEASE use your own insurance provider for the repair, otherwise it may cause you considerable distress.
