On the whole very good. They sent someone round quickly to look at the leak but I had to push quite hard to get them to authorise going ahead with my own plumber once I had telephoned his estimate to them - after all water was still coming into the basement, so I needed a quick response.
Once I had sent them the plumber's invoice, I received a check from esure by return.
