Horrible experience when you really need them, claim is a nightmare.
So we have been insured for 25 years and thankfully claim free but when we needed ensure to replace some stolen items we have just hit a wall. I have never experienced such an unprofessional and awful customer service in my life, and I worked in this industry. Esure have been horrible when we needed help and have forced us to chase them constantly to find out what they are going to do about replacing our items. Not only the failure to communicate with us but when they do they have tried everything possible to worm their way out of replacing our items. We are still waiting for a reply after 5 emails and we are ready for crying. You should be ashamed esure!! Expect a automated and robotic response to this post because nothing will happen.. Avoid
