Our beloved defender has been stolen and this horrible insurance company reject our claim!!! The reason is we put the flexible shelf at back ( which can take off easily then put seats put back ! ) , so they said my defender is a Van not a car anymore ! Based on this reason they refused to pay it.
Stay away this insurance company !
