Cancel policy with no warning or real reason
Absolutely shocking. Had email off sure saying missed payment by email and needed to pay before 16th October what was fine so called up on 8th to pay to find out had all ready been cancelled and if wanted to finish year with them needed to pay full policy up. I talked to manager and sent his email saying I had till 16th to pay £58 to get back up to date and he
was.very rude and just kept saying need to pay full policy. I had been with them for nearly 4 years and got treated like dirt over missed payment. stay well clear worst customer service ever
