Absolutely disgusted at charges for first of all a number plate change ( on same vehicle) at a charge of £26:00 - then 10 days later after I sold the car a cancellation charge of £45
I had two cars insured with esure ... NEVER AGAIN !!!
Other reputable insurers allow plate changes on same vehicle at no charge and allow amends on line . Esure do not allow this online amend and probably charge for the phone call too ( some 16 minutes hanging on listening to irrelevant options before speaking to someone)
A very unhappy experience and one never to repeat !!
