I took out the policy nearly a year ago. The payments were not taken on the agreed day.
Also recently had a two car pile up that was not my fault and got told by the advisor that I should call the other people's insurance company's and sort it my self.
I thought I was paying esure to do this in the event of an accident. Five days later and still got a damaged car and no support.
The only reason I scored a two is because the signing up process is easy. But I strongly recommend using another company.
