The customer experience was good overall the package was sent quickly, and some products like the necklace seem cool but I am halfway happy. The necklace part is quite sensible to open by itself, which is quite dangerous because i can risk to lose my iPhone or airpods. It just open on his own when moving the wire. Plus the worst thing is that I bought one "sand" case, which looks cool but that is really terrible in the form, if I put the iPhone in it I cannot even use the buttons! It's basically unusable. I don't understand how customers can use it.
