What a profound disappointment with both the product quality and customer service I have experienced recently. Despite my attempts to resolve issues with a tarnishing Carabiner Rope and AirPod Case, the response from the team has left me disheartened and disappointed.
I have been a loyal customer and have recommended XOUXOU to numerous individuals. However, given the recurring problems and the inadequate resolution process, I am adamant that I will no longer be purchasing from this brand.
