I really don't like to write 1* reviews slamming companies, but the service I've received recently is diabolical to say the least.
The gist of the issue is I've ordered a dashcam from their website, and upon receiving the item, it's very clearly been previously opened, used and returned. This isn't exactly what you want for a Christmas present. I've attempted to make contact with their customer service department, but I've only got a lazy, generic response blaming the Pandemic. It's been a full week, and nothing else, and I know that I'd I'd have had a similar issue with other companies, then the issue would have of probably been resolved in a matter of days, not over a week.
