“Decided to try and upgrade the headlights on my wife’s seat Ibiza,went on your web site not knowing the right bulb thought I would enter the reg plate and the right bulbs would be sent out. Wrong!! So deciding to drive into the nearest branch 40mile round trip, I was told it could have been either bulb, which I am fairly sure if it had said on your web site I would have checked the owner manual. As for returning the wrong bulbs for the right ones it was very straight forward with no quibbles”

“allthought the registration was enterered and the model identified the rear wiper was not suitable for my model. the front wipers had a different fitting to the existing. Overall I have wasted my money.”

“I ordered four items on the 30 Nov. Each was sent out seperately and while I have recieved two of the items Evri falsely claim to have delivered the third and the fouth is lost as of 11th Dec. I have contacted Euro Car Parts who said they would investigate and come back to me via email but all I have had is this request for a review!”

“After a failed delivery on Day 1 (The card pushed through the door had no contact details or an indication of when another attempt was to be made) I needed to get in touch with online customer service to rearrange delivery which was eventually achieved on Day 4. In summary the ease of ordering, quality of goods and online customer service are as good as gold. Quality of delivery service, on this occassion, was poor.”
