“This is the 2nd time ive been given the wrong part for my car after putting my car details in and the specs saying that it would fit. Not ideal when i need to sort for my MOT. Wont be using for parts again!!”

“I ordered some wiper blades for click and collect. They were apparently ready to collect within 30 mins of ordering. All good so far. However, I went to collect my order on the following day and there was a queue of people waiting for their orders to be brought out. There seemed to be a serious lack of staff. After about 15 minutes in which nobody appeared from the stock room the young lady at the desk disappeared out the back.. Eventually she came out with my wiper blades which seemed to make the others appear disappointed that they were still waiting. Not the best experience but maybe it was just a bad day.”

“My factory needed Acetone which is vital to production. DPD managed to fail to deliver twice. So I had to search locally . EURO CAR PARTS were the only company to get in stock rapidly or actually have it so kept us going”

“It’s worry when the car fails an MoT, but the parts where available and at a reasonable price. I Cole yes them on the way home and had them fitted in a couple of hours. Back to the Mot the next day, passed. Bish Bosh Bash, done for another year.”

“After placing my order fornext day collection to be the following they went topick it wasn't there, and it would be in the next day i accepted, when my daughter called the following to ask if it was in to be told yes she then went to pick it up and was told it didn't come in and should be ther the next day, i called the what i thought was the local europarts where i palced the order to be told by the operator it wasn't in and hopefully be int he following day on the transfer, this guy needs some lessons in customer service!!!, the manager of the local depot then called my daughter and went through a host of reasons and excuses that the guy i spoke with was from a call centre not their depot but my battery should be in the following day and we should call in the morning to check, thankfully it did come in and the car was back on the road 2 days after it should have been!!!. A lesson in customer servcie to the call centre or whoever picks a phone would possibly help future customer relations with customers as even though we are faceless to them we are still a customer (thankfully i am just a random one off sale but what would your regular mechanics do with that response if it was me i would think about swopping my business and yes i work on the frontline of a customer facing trade and retail business!!!”

“Poor service at Hayes branch. Placed the order online and next day went to collect it. It took about 15 minutes at counter before I got served as it was only one person at the counter. I then had to wait another 15 minutes in the cold to collect the order from the collection point. Parking is also very limited and I got blocked in.”
