“Parts supplied were incorrect, part number was correct on both boxes but in one box the part was incorrect . This wasted me considerable time and was replaced free of charge but with no apology whatsoever”

“I bought G13 coolant matching my car reg on the euro car parts. After checking this on Alfa Romeo guilietta forum it advised G12 was the correct kind. Thankfully I checked before I had used it otherwise it could have caused damage to the engine. Please update the website.”

“The item has not come. Unfortunately Euro Car parts use Evri and they have captured the parcel, sent it to god knows where. Unfortunately communication isn't Evri's strong point. Hope someone at Euro Car parts picks this review up and helps me find the long lost parcel.”

“Ordered a couple of things on the 4th of October to be delivered as they said it was out of stock in store and only available for home delivery only to have to go to the store and see what I wanted there on the shelf and get an email 8 days later apologising for the delay in my order as it's out of stock 10 days later I'm still waiting. Sort your stock management out please”
