“Incorrect spark plugs spec'd on the website. Had to return them but because I wasn't getting the replacement ones on the website, I didn't get a discount. Website had numerous glitches amd was an absolute pain to use. Discount structure didn't work properly so I only received partial discounts.”

“Very disappointing that despite using the correct method to order discs and brake pads for my car using my number plate and being assured they were the correct ones only to find they were both incorrect. Extremely inconvenient as the wheel had already been removed and I live miles away from the store. Very disappointing”

“Quick and easy to find part via typing reg plate and found compatible Bosch front wiper. However (and this is Bosch issue) the box didnt specify for my make and model so I had to figure it out the hard way”
