“Order parts online for a service on my Range Rover for delivery, delivery never happened just had a message left on my phone by the delivery driver saying he cant find our property !!!. Had to go to the store a couple of days later and pick up the parts, as no other contact from euro carparts was received. Very poor service.”

“The part that arrived didn't fit my car, despite having entered my reg on the website and it being one of the top results. They chose delivery via evri which inevitably meant the parcel was lost (marked delivered but not delivered) and I had to contact them multiple times to track it down and get it properly delivered.”

“I recently ordered a full set of Brembo brake discs and pads for my wife's car using the registration. Two sets of rear pads were proposed and I selected the incorrect parts which were exchanged by a very courteous assistant. The discs were listed as coated, previously this has referred to an aluminised finish but these discs were plain. A minor issue was that only 2 disc retaining screws were supplied but 4 are required. Brembo are a premium Italian manufacturer but all the parts were listed as "made in China". The most serious issue is that the hub and wheel bearing are integral with the rear discs and a new nut is required, these were included but rather than the original, deformed collar, prevailing torque nut the nuts supplied were free running with no prevailing torque feature; I would rate this as a significant safety issue and loctited the new nuts. I still use Euro Car Parts because the benefits are parts availability, opening hours and customer service.”

“Very good service. I saw an item on their website and arranged for collection, it was in stock and ready to collect within 15 minutes, the shop assistant was very helpful too. Unlike another company who advertised the same product, which was more expensive and didn’t even have the item in stock locally. Thanks Euro Car Parts, you really saved the day.”
