“Great products at a great price but a bit disappointed I was made to wait 48 hrs to collect in person and couldn't collect next day. Took a bit of shine off the deal but not a deal breaker however, if you want something urgently ordering online is perhaps not the best option.....?”

“Apauling service. Ordered an exhaust middle pipe "2" weeks ago. No delivery 2 weeks later still no delivery. Contacted Customer services spoke to 3 different people.. who promised me a next day courier service delivery, still no delivery. The store is not replying to Customer sevices nor is the Area Manager. What SHOCKING, SHOCKING Sevice. So far NO product and NO Refund!!!!!!!”

“Ordered online and was advised could be picked up same day at 3:30pm. Hadn't arrived. Wasted journey 1. No sign next day. Wasted journey 2. Waited 5 days. Still no sign. Wasted journey 3. Rhen I got an email telling me I had collected the item! Went to pick up and blow me not arrived. Staff reordered thou and it did turn up the following day. Utter shambles”

“Ordered an item online and arrived to pick it up... wasn't ready as I arrived too early, my fault. I sat in my car and one of the staff came out to my car within 5 mins and handed the item over. Item purchased 13 pin to 7 pin trailer adaptor. Great price and good service. Thankyou”

“Once again, and as per the last order, I place an order and pay for next day delivery. The next day nothing turns up. The day after that I have to call the Borehamwood office and then it gets delivered. Not the kind of service anyone would expect. Haven't received the delivery refund either.”

“Ordered online and wrong parts supplied. Unapologetic when explained that had to take a taxi to collect the correct parts from another supplier as Euro didn’t carry the stock. Not a very good service / experience”
