“From my experience, Europarts could consider taking VIN and reg when parts searching. I was in a queue of three people at the counter in Perth and two of us were returning the wrong brake discs and picking up replacements. Apparently, it’s a regular occurrence. I’m a fan of the company but it’s a 60 mile round trip down the A9 to pick stuff up and when it’s wrong despite my best efforts then that identifies a problem requiring a solution. “I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my recent order. I visited the store three times to collect my item. When I finally received it, the item did not match what I had ordered. I returned it immediately at the store and was informed that the refund would be processed within 5–10 days. However, I have still not received the refund to my credit card. I contacted the store again and was given a phone number to call. After waiting 15 minutes, I spoke to a representative who assured me that they would inform the cashier to process the refund. Despite this, I am still waiting and have not received my money. This level of customer service is very disappointing. I made the purchase online, so I do not understand why the refund could not be processed promptly. I do not have time to keep calling repeatedly to chase this matter. I request that my refund be processed immediately. Please treat this as a matter of urgency.”

“Used click and collect twice after checking stock levels the first time I did the 80 mile round trip to find my parts were not there two weeks ago later used the click and collect to be given one brake disk when it said that I could collect two on Friday after 0900 hrs yet another 80 mile trip then used my wife’s car for another 80 mile Round trip too pick up the other brake disk so is cost me twice the price of the parts due to fuel costs not to mention te wasted six hours travelling it would have been cheaper to go to my local cat parts supplier which I will do from now on”

“Ordered parts which weren’t due in straightaway, so I located parts elsewhere. I then rang up to cancel and was told I’d be refunded, however kept getting notifications for the week asking me to collect my parts id ordered. Why was. My ordered not cancelled and why did it not get cancelled??”
