“Part ordered, in stock. Waited for delivery, several days. Advised item would arrive shortly. Next I recieve a refund e-mail which I didnt request. Tracked item. Then was told part not in stock. Refund to be received in 3- 5 working days. Ordered the item from another car part company, received the next day. Very bad service, I will hesitate to use again.”

“Was advised when placing the order in the Friday afternoon it would arrive the Monday morning but when I went to pick it up they told me it wouldn't be in till the following day as the order was placed too late. I already had my car booked into a garage for another issue that I was also going to get them to deal with the part I had ordered, so it was very disappointing and I could have tried elsewhere if I'd been given the correct information. I wasn't pleased but left and expected to pick it up when it came in. I got no notification about it arriving and then got an email to say it had been refunded. When I went back into the store I was told the colleague instore thought I wouldn't want it so they sent it back. No one actually contacted me and asked. I don't blame the store team for the late delivery as that was an online issue but I was disappointed with the lack of/miscommunication.”

“Very impressed. My parts were delivred in a timely manner, were what I wanted, and the price was reasonable, for a 13-year old car part. Driver was cheerful, easy to talk to, and gave the impression that I was important to him. Goo to know when you are a customer. Keep up the good work.”
