“Parts purchased did not fit, returned and bought an alternative, also didn't fit. In the end, lost confidence in getting right part and first filter £7, last option £30-odd. Guy i dealt with was 100% but issue was with system. Refunded for both. Normally better.”

“Great choice of quality parts from a selection of manufactures with fast delivery, Great! The only reson I did not give 5 stars was because the engin oil I wanted was ONLY available in 4lt containers, since the car takes 4.5lt on a full oil change I would have had to have bought 2 x 4lt which made it a waste and too expensive. What happened to the 1lt bottles, always available in the past? (Castrol Edge 0W-30). Purchased elswhere.”

“Product good. Service from salesperson v good even though she was only person present and was also collecting orders from stockroom. The outlet was GROSSLY UNDERSTAFFED with over 10 people waiting. I will do my best to avoid using in the future”

“Parts ordered to branch . Email received to say items ready for collection, staff unable to see items on screen so tell me they are not on stock & come back tomorrow. Return the next day (late afternoon) and am told again items are not in stock. I then ask the staff member to double check as was told items were in stock & after approx 10/15 mins he confirms items were in stock the entire time just not on the system. Small error but could've saved me time going back & forth to collect parts.”

“Ordered my parts online, paid, got an email saying they were available for collection. Went 2 days later and they had mysteriously disappeared. Took almost a week to get my money back. Wouldn't use them again poor service”
