“No real issues, always friendly staff. A bit annoying everything I buy it’s never in stock for delivery, or in my nearest store, so I have to travel quite some time. But the prices can’t be beat, so can’t really complain”

“Said the parts would be in the store from 3pm arrived at 2:59 to be told they close at 3pm . And parts where not available to collect, but they had others in stock at 3 times the price…bait and switch, phoned customer service tommake A complaint and escalate as the staff said head office was at fault and head office said branch was at fault so basically got fobbed off. If your a business dont bother trading with them as they make promises they dont keep which will cost you in disappointed clients or cancelled work…..”

“I am absolutely astounded by the Level of service I received and in of course previous orders. This one tops it so far. Ordered window wipers for Discovery Sport at around lunch time, and chose to take the standard 3 day delivery. Also on this occasion I got money off as I spent a certain amount, which really brought the price down. Anyway……..same day sitting in my house and 2pm the driver was at my door with my delivery. I was in the shower and couldn’t answer the door so he even phoned me and said they should fit through the letterbox ok. Unbelievable service!!! I have had a Chinese meal delivery that took longer to arrive. Website a doddle to use, even for an old man like me. Also I am very pernickety but credit where credits are due has to be one of only a few reviews I have left like this in my life.”

“Euro car parts are my default motor factor for servicing parts, components and consumables. ECP had a 30% discount offer and all parts that were also immediately available. It was a no brainer. Quality oils, filters and wiper blades at very reasonable prices. Efficient service, quality products from informed staff, what’s not to like?”

“Ordered parts and advised all would be ready for collection the next day. On arrival and a 15 minute wait in the queue I was told the part had not arrived and would take another day. On collection the following day found out the part did not match the previous part or fit my vehicle even though the website said it was compatible. Usually euro car parts i would advise to others to use but after this experience I have some doubts.”

“I ordered a 10ft Bestway pool from here via there online site clearly stating in stock. I received an email stating collection from 0900 the next day from Staines. However upon arrival myself and 1 other was told the warehouse was out of stock and showing minus 200. Therefore await a message from them once available. It was so annoying for us both. Luckily enough the lady I spoke to arranged a refund that took 6 days, not the 3 to 5 stated. Store 0/10 Customer services 10/10. I know the store is not at fault, however whoever deals with the site needs further training.”

“I would say 5 star, but wrong part variant on website and when had to swap to the correct one the instore staff wouldn't honor the save30 online discount I ordered part under, even though online showed wrong part and no way to order correct variant online”
