“Nothing wrong with the product. The issue was that Euro Car Parts failed to notify me when it was ready for collection. After a delay I visited the shop who's staff were very helpful but couldn't check why I hadn't been informed the product was ready for collection.”

“Order placed online and got email “” ready to collect “” Went to collect Bad customer service. They were busy on phone. First that took the payment without checking anything. After five minutes they came back and said they don’t have on of the items. Not helpful at all . And said I will get refund after 5 days. When I ask why did u take the payment first they said it’s their policy. They ware very rude . I have visited with my 10 years old daughter. Not a good experience for her. I am going to post this on social media and local neighbourhood group after your response. Good luck. ( borehamwood wd6)”
