“This break pipe flaring tool is a good piece of kit especially for under bonnet work bought a cheap version on Internet waist of time and money it wouldn't flare existing brake line but this one had know trouble just keep it clean each time you won't need another 5 stars I give”

“I did not purchase anything from Euro Car Parts. My card was used fraudulently to purchase parts from you - my name was spelled incorrectly, the email address was there, but phone number and address were incorrect. Yet the money was still taken and I had to cancel my card. Despite telling you all this you said there was nothing you could do and I kept getting reminders to pick up the parts. It was extremely difficult to get through to you on the phone.”

“The young lady on the front counter at Basingstoke sorry I can’t remember her name is absolute credit to your company. Her customer care skills should be highly recognised nothing was to much trouble. A real pleasure to deal with. Please may I ask that she is fully recognised for superb work ethic by that I mean senior management are made fully aware of her commitment to the customer and the fact that she is proud to work for your company. Good service these days is so hard to find a refreshing change to see.”

“So good and so respectful can not fault them always happy to help. And there was one gentleman I think he’s name was Karl that man was so helpful I mean he went out of his way to make sure everything was ok. I have never ment anyone like him. You go to other shops and they really don’t want to help out or they just want you out. I’m a Jamaican and that man really made me feel so good that man really went out of he’s way. “Excellent service all round, purchased a pair of front discs and set of pads for my Renault Clio via the website, it was a simple process to locate the parts I required and had a choice of makes to choose from too and pay on collection. I decided on the Eicher premium parts and I would consider, having worked for Renault some years ago, that the quality of Eicher parts was comparable to that of a main dealer, but without the ripoff price. Everything fitted perfectly without any issues, however It would be useful to supply a set of four Torx disc retaining screws in the box with the discs.”
