“Easy to reserve online Good product description online Polite & helpful staff at outlet Only issue was a long wait for service due to a lot of customers but to be fair as this was my first visit impossible to know if this was a normal or unusual situation”

“Everything was fine apart from the staff. Very rude and not helpful. I pre ordered a part which was ready when I went there. At the desk I asked if they had a certain tool I needed. He said we don’t do single tools. I went outside and looked online and it showed it in store ready to collect.”

“Ordered a part off website was the wrong one ordered another from a different branch was still wrong they then ordered 2 more which were also wrong then claimed that the part has changed and was not available anymore not happy with the outcome won't use this company again”

“Norwich, whiffler road Branch. Really helpful, ordered online, went to collect and checked before I left I had got the correct parts. Luckily pick a time when they had 60% off online orders. That really made a difference. Great price and service from Euro crew.”

“I odrdered a Ring digital tyre inflator on online and I went to pick it up from the shop in Northampton st James area. I gave my reference number to the guy on the counter and he asked me to pay for the item. After paying him he went looking for the tyre inflator and couldn't find it, he asked me to come tomorrow morning anytime after 8am and the order will be there to be collected. So I went there as it was Saturday morning I thought that it will be there, but only to be told that it is not there so can I come on Monday morning to collect it, I said why can't they deliver it to me as I already have been there twice to which he said no. Anyway I finally contacted the tyre inflator on. Monday morning. So how many stars do the euro car part deserves. Make your own mind.🧠.”

“totally wrong parts listed on Euro site for me. Wasted a lot of time..I put correct reg no in and wrong front and rear brakes were listed..only ones and no altenatives..Had to go to branch again to rectify it..Dont trust the website use the phone and you will get correct parts.”
