“Prepaid for wiper blades on the App so just went to collect at Kettering branch. Several customers waiting while 1 counter staff was dealing with confused customer, which was good and staff very patient. However, queue continued to grow, and no more staff came to serve, despite the office behind counter seemed to be full of employees. Branch should monitor customer demand better and react to queue levels.”

“First time ordering from here, made a mistake when placing order as I did it for standard then next day delivery, called the store the lady was helpful and let me know that she cancelled my order and I could order again and do next day delivery, but next day I received both orders, but as I contacted the main office and sorted everything out, the women I spoke to on the phone was really kind and understanding.”
