Item bought online was incorrect, it’s annoying when I entered my reg too. The item was refunded without any issue but the part I needed was unavailable. On both occasions of visiting the store it was very busy but the staff didn’t seem to be in a rush either… definitely NO service with a smile anyway!

Good service but part bought and fitted was a dud. So that meant 2 visits and fitting and removal of part so job took several hours plus petrol ..

Was messaged to say part was ready for collection, on arrival it was out of stock !! Had to come back next day. Frustrating to say the least, could probably have got one elsewhere same day. Staff apologetic bit that's it. No compensation offered.

There seems to have been a reduction on the number of staff serving at the sales counter in the Eurocarparts branch that I visited, resulting in too long a time waiting in a queue. There used to be two or three staff serving at the sales counter, but on my last couple of visits, there was only one person serving, who was working extremely hard trying to get the queue served as quickly as possible. A lot of customers are working people and their time is too valuable to stand waiting in queues, so I would suggest that you need more staff serving the sales counter or your customers will go elsewhere.

Good products, when they are right. The most common problem and annoying at that, is wrong items supplied and/or missing parts. Then to add insult to injury, having to wait 5 business days for a refund when it's quite blatantly Eurocarparts fault. I can understand if it's my mistake then having to wait. Products really need better descriptions online and clearer/always supplied pictures of the products, not half hearted descriptions without any visual aids. As I say, a good selection of quality products but the house needs cleaning in order to invite people for dinner. 😉👍

Order Number: 113-00070074930 9.4.24 I have experienced poor customer service a couple of times at Morecambe. Mostly good service. Castrol engine oil is always cheaper elswhere.

Saturday morning. Terrible service. Five people waiting and we can hear the staff discussing motorbike gear ratios instead of serving us. Wrong oil filter brougth out, good job I knew it was not correct. Told cabin filter was not in stock although it was shown as in stock the previous afternoon when i placed the order. Went back on the Monday, eventualy given filter and told that it had been there all the time. I will be trying my best not to use Euro again.

Parts are fine, but the operations of the branch seem to be incredibly disorganized and slow. This could easily be dealt with, infact, offer me a job and I will do this for every branch across the country.

Generally good for parts competitive prices only problem was item purchaced online and payed for was not in stock when I went to collect. I payed instore for an alternative and was told i would get a refund for the original item within 10 days at most. Unfortunately this did not happen rang and found out a refund had not been processed until a week later. Was told it would be 10 days from then.

Not very happy to be honest, I’m still waiting on my brake pads after receiving my brake disks a week ago. I called to find out what’s going on and was told she’d check with the warehouse/depot and I’ve not heard back since Tuesday it’s now Thursday… if I’d have known it would have taken this long I would have ordered elsewhere.

The parts arrived on time. Despite using the number plate service, the rear disks did not fit and didn't look even close. Unfortunately, this meant purchasing parts in stock costing a lot more as needed car in a working condition due to a family emergency.

I'm a big fan of ECP. I've bought stuff from them for years and always had a good experience when collecting items from their stores. However, I was out when they tried to deliver my most recent order and trying to get through on their "new" phone system, to rearrange delivery, was nigh on impossible. The local store (Cardiff Bay) were great though and all worked out.... eventually.

Ordered some pioneer speakers for back of the van, sound quality for the price is all ok. The only problem was got confirmation to collect the order but they didn’t have so had to make an additional trip the following day. Not so good

Had my order delivered,but alas,it was the wrong part,no problem exchanging to the right part but I had to pay an extra £8. It would have been a good customer gesture if they offered me a small discount as I had to call into the branch to exchange parts.

Customer service at Wembley branch seriously needs to be looked at. All employees at the front desk works very slow and should not let a customer wait in line for more than 5-10 minutes max. Apart from customer service rest is good.

One man on the till, long queue. Long wait after, lots of staff in the back but a lot of standing about and talking. After the long wait I was given the wrong product, couldn't find my ordered item that was on the shelf to my right. Purchased items fine, reasonable prices, long wait.

Ordering the car battery and collecting it was straightforward and simple enough. However, the extra bit of customer service would have been nice such as carrying the car battery to my car. Opening the door for me would have been better but the person on the desk was busy on his mobile...
