Ordered and collected a battery, works well. The lady who served me seemed stressed and was serving people queuing for parts. Two men were in the back and were oblivious to the queue when they appeared and were doing something on the computer. I was feeling sympathetic for the young lady doing all the work.

Parts arrived quickly however I had no idea when they'd come. After placing the order and logging into my account it didnt show the order so I had no way of checking when theyd arrive. Good products, and quick turnaround, however the website and customer account section could be improved.

Good service etc but they seem to get quite expensive compared with other suppliers hence the reason I use them less now.

Local Shop was great , website was a pain somewhere rubbish with vouchers that wouldn't let me leave the site , didn't know if order was placed had to shut web page to get out . Luckily the guy in the shop had my order. Collected item so can't fill in the rest of this survey 😕

The Bosch rear wiper blade is good. But the service at the Peterborough store was poor, the person serving I think was going for the worlds slowest shop assistant! When he went to collect the my order I think he must have gone to the Bosch factory in Germany, it just took forever.

Good online service, fast click and collect turn around and no complaints about the part. But I experienced unnecessary and unwarranted sexist remarks when I picked up my car part. Maybe some staff training needs to happen, it's 2025!

The product delivered was a return from multiple customers based on the labels attached to it. More than 2 years old, based on the year of the last delivery and return, and damaged. It leads me to believe that ECP is trying to sell the same exact part until they find that gullible customer. However happy with the return, currently awaiting my refund.

Product and prices are good but the time to serve is always long, it seems your process is long at the till. And when there is someone in front or a que or any kind it takes much longer

Made my last simple purchase with you, comprising of three straightforward items on line. I x air filter, 1 x pollen (cabin ) filter and 1 x Fuel Filter. These items were paid online and delivered to my home address. I was dissapointed when oopening the fuel filter to find that it was incorrect, despite me providing the vehicle details on my online account. It was also obvouis that the fliter had been opened before, as it was not sealed, and the filter body was grubby. I immediately phoned the depot and explained, they understood and advised that I return the said filter to the depot when they would exchange it. I did this very thing but was charged the non online order price for the correct filter. Firstly the original filter should not have been aloud to be dispatched as it was clearly contamintaed, and as this was your error, I should have been charged the online price. 2 different filters and 2 tins of Air Con sanitiser ordered. Only 1 tin of sanitiser delivered. Had to wait almost a week for the second tin to be re-delivered. As my school reports used to say - "Could to better, must try harder" !

Ordered parts on-line and collected from local store, unfortunately one part out of four was the wrong part, so had to return to store and change. Helpful staff though, would use again.

The part was fine but I paid for next day delivery with a 1hr window notification. The notification in the morning said between 7am to 10pm!! I never got a one hour window so had to wait around. Not impressed

The Thurrock store is difficult to find, even Google maps takes you on a wild goose chase, and signage is greatly lacking even when you get close. I guess once you know where the store is you know, but still not a great first impression. Parking is extremely limited, and when I arrived to go and pick my order up people were literally shifting cars in and out trying to park outside the store, blocking people in, it was chaos. No wonder that parking was an issue, once I entered the store the queue was horrendous. The guy serving was trying to serve everyone, and admitedly not everyone was a click and collect customer so some took quite a while to be dealt with. However, to only have one person available on the desk to serve customers when it was so busy seems really bad. Don't know if this is the norm, or an exception to the rule, but it didn't give me a good first impression or make me want to choose to rush back there moving forward. The guy serving was doing his best, especially under the circumstances, and it was a really hot day too, so it was stuffy in the store both for waiting customers and him. The only reason I gave three stars is because of how he was trying to handle such a bad situation. If this wasn't a rare situation then I don't know how he keeps going. This store needs at least one other person able to be serving, this would also help the bad parking situation. It would also be helpful for better directions online, or signage to be available that is more noticeable when you're driving onto the industrial estate. Got me what I needed, but won't be rushing back if I can help it. Oh and I kept getting reminders to go and pick up my click and collect order long after I'd already collected it, which was just irritating, on top of being bad customer service.

Free delivery was quick but part was damaged. Had to return it myself and go through the hassle of a form just to exchange it for a undamaged one.
