Click and collect in 15mins turned out to be next day 9am which then changed to the day after that at checkout. Could not apply the SAVE5 Voucher for purchase over £40 at checkout.

Fast service to order online and collect next day. However, unprofessional staff during my visit that appeared to have no interest in communicating with customers and spent the time I was waiting for my order, complaining about their job and their managers including swearing which I found quite awkward to be hearing.

Perfect for parts but they certainly need more people on the tills, everytime I've been I've had to wait ages as people don't seem to check what they need before going. This then ties up the 2 till staff causing long waits for everyone else

Ordered a full set of brake pads for 2019 Mokka X online and despite the website compatability check, they were incorrect upon collection. It took a further 2 attempts to eventually get the correct parts. The cost also spiralled from the original £48 to £113.

I needed a single front brake disk for a rangerover which is priced as individual parts but online ordering will only let you purchase two. Why can i not buy one on its own because they came individually packaged in two separate boxes & were priced individually ( another con to get more money. I only needed one because the brake disks were newly fitted three weeks earlier & a stone had got trapped between the disk & pad which severely damaged the surface of the disk causing pulling to the right when breaking.

Part ok apart from the threaded studs looked to of been but the wrong way around so had to use washer to fill in the space

Picked excellent products up from outlet in Bedford. Queue of 10 in front on saturday morning with just one of two counters attended. Delivery of products from store to front desk extremely slow (I was lucky that mine were out front), with 20 mins wait. Better custmor experience would have resulted in higher rating.

The part was as described and did the job quality seemed to be OK for the price but obviously not as good as more expensive brands so not sure how long it will last

Booked an item to be picked up the following day. The Branch received it but lost it between it being received and me arriving. They did order another and delivered it to me. This is not the first time their depot service has been poor.

I ordered online to collect-I was delayed and when visited the branch as their phone line hung up on me three times, I was told the item was not available though I had an email that day to confirm itwas still there for collection. What a waste of time.
