I have ordered items online which shows in stock and when you go to pick them up I was told they are not in stock I have to wait for them to be ordered, so incorrect informations online system , rude people in person

I ordered two parts for my exhaust for nearly £250 and the website said free overnight shipping. Then when I clicked order, it said 3-4 business days for shipping which felt like I'd been tricked. However, the worst part is that its been over 2 weeks and it still hasn't been delivered! I called my local store and they said it was at the store and "something stopped it from being delieverd." When I went to the store, they said it was on back order and would be here in 3 more days, and that the person I spoke with on the phone was from a central dispatch and not from the local store. Everybody has been very polite, but at this point, I just either want the car parts, or my money back. I'm tired of not knowing whats going on or where the parts will end up.

Had to replace the battery of my 2012 Honda Jazz. Ordered one against the reg no, on line from Bath outlet and went to collect it. Battery was completely the wrong size to physically fit in a jazz, so were all the other ones identified by the Euro Car Parts catalogue. A complete waste of time. Luckily, a small local shop had the correct battery in stock and at a cheaper price. Will use local shop in future. Euro car Parts has become a joke.

Only had one person serving and waited 35 min for battery but was still 5th in the row so left. Seems that this is very normal for this branch as never had quick service always 20min plus

I tried twice to get the correct part. The registration was correct but your associated part was incorrect both times. When I discussed this with mates at work they all laughed and said that's normal, what did I expect.

Went online and saw a part circa £200. Decided to call into the Preston branch and collect personally. When I arrived, I gave my registration and the female operative said it was over £500. I left the store unfulfilled and decided to recheck online. There it was, as originally seen circa £200. She tried to charge me the Lucas price for the alternator instead of what was actually on the shelf, an unbranded cheaper alternative. Useless understanding of customer needs and no interest to understand the confusion. Should be in the back stacking rather than serving on front counter.

Ordered a starline clutch kit. They didn’t tell me they never had it, they just give me a trans mech kit which is what I was avoiding. Refunded.

Disappointing experience I ordered car spare parts online, but when I went to the shop to collect them, wasn’t possible due to availability was offered a different choice . Wanted to cancel the order made online the store man said it’s impossible to cancel it beforehand. Given the inconvenience and lack of clarity, I'm giving this place 1 star. Maybe they can work on their online ordering and in-store communication to avoid similar issues in the future." Haven’t received the refund yet it’s has been over 10days.

Appalling - I ordered a part for click and collect, no communication to say it was ready at all. So I went to the store to find a queue out the door and one person serving, so thought would try again later. A couple of days passed and was surprised to receive an automated 'collection confirmation' email - even though I had not collected the part! My card was charged of course for goods I had not received so am pursuing this further. AVOID this company.

Useless , dont believe the delivery / collection promises , Rather have a qeue of people waiting in the trade counter while staff just sit and talk to each other and ignore the people waiting ,

Wrong car parts again. Used the online with registration and still was given wrong parts. Lost costumer and money from poor customer service from euro car parts. I will in the future be taking my custom else where and this is a joke.
