“Shocking! I ordered a compression kit and a rivet gun turned up at my door that’s just laziness from someone if you’re not sure then check. I called in and asked what happened they said they would send me out the correct thing. Nothing happened so I called again and finally got a call back the following morning saying it was arriving that day so to make sure that someone was in the house to swap. Of course then it didn’t turn up so I called to asked where it was and got hung up on most likely because it was 5 minutes before they shut. It turned up a day later. I payed for the next day delivery so when I phoned up I said I was expecting a refund of the money that I payed for the same day delivery they said they would sort it out still haven’t seen that money since.”

“I do bought things for my car service and the prices are way to high compare to other companies like GFS. I realised very late and I am still regret that why I paid them double price . I paid £158 pound when same things on GFS were £97 . I’ll never buy from euro car parts again”

“We placed our order online by giving our Reg, this was for brake pads & disks front & rear. All parts were not for our vehicle! Store could not care less, just passed the blame onto the next staff member. We never did get the correct parts for our vehicle after 3 trips back to the store! We are now waiting on over 300£ in refunds due to there lack of motor knowledge. Avoid avoid avoid”

“Visited Guildford site to buy some Normfest MC1 brake cleaner only to be told they do not sell it. I had to go home, order it online ( 12 shown in stock ) and return to the shop to pick up. Staff not very knowledgeable which caused me two visits.”

“Incorrect stabilizer links sent. When I contacted Eoro car parts all I got was a BOT and a long wait to hear when they will resolve the problem. Meanwhile I am without transport until the correct links are sent, and the incorrect links return is arranged.”

“Stop using evri as your courier as they are nothing but trouble. Can’t recommend you while you use this courier as only you determine who is to deliver the parts. I should be able to have a choice at checkout who I choose to deliver even if there is a charge. It’s worth it to save all the stress and hassle.”

“I made an online order and when tried to collect was told it’s been cancelled although was still getting emails regarding collection. The price changed and they just cancelled it and offered to sell at higher price without voucher code. Ordered on Friday turned up on Tuesday to collect which was last day for it and told it’s cancelled but got an email on Wednesday to confirm cancellation. A wasted trip to shop.”
