I have ordered online a pair of brake discs which it shown that they were in stock, after nearly a week I went to my local Euro's to ask if they received my order there by mistake or something as I heard nothing ... to my surprise, the lady behind the desk checked and said that they were never shipped as they didn't had them in stock and in total, them discs were ordered by 23 people, bear in mind, none in stock even though their website said they were.... I went home disappointed as the lady from my local shop couldn't do anything really and told me to contact customer service... Once home, I did contact them and the advisor informed me that they didn't had any of them discs in stock and they ordered more and awaiting for the distributor to bring them back in stock so me and the other can get our parts... this was over a week ago now and still no news.... I'm one unhappy customer.... I had to get new discs of somewhere else because of all this... I just wish they would inform you and update you, not just left like that in the dark with no information, they happily take your money and then they leave you hanging... hopefully by Christmas I will get them discs 🙄🫤
