Ordered brand new roof rails online with store pickup, the box was sealed with no signs of resealling. Inside I found used roof rails, dirty with scratches on both end plasticks, tear and wear. The best part is the locking keys does not match the locks, four locks and four keys ALL different. Will never go to EuroCarparts again asit is quite expensive as for used items

Poor service from start to finish. Took my money but had to phone up 5 days later to find out where my order was, to be told the money hadn’t been allocated to a sale!!!! Then told it would be sent by DPD Saturday delivery to receive on Monday, but actually sent by Evri and received on the Tuesday. If I hadn’t phoned then this would never have come to light and my mechanic would not have been able to fit the part. For a first time recommended customer is has been a poor experience, and I will never use this company again. Not even had an apology from anyone either. Customer service on a par with every other company in the land: abysmal at best.

I got a confirmation of the order, but when I went to collect it, the person told me Euro Car had cancelled it because they do not have the items. Euro Car still charged my card, and has only initiated a refund for part of the order.

Only because I met a friend as on the way out of Euro Parts shop for a chat I looked at my water pump box & saw the seal had been broken then when I checked the water pump which was in a bag inside the box that too was ripped open then I noticed a O ring was missing I went straight back & asked for a sealed box & they exchanged it straight away which made me think if an unopened box was in stock why give a customer a box with a broken seal first? I dread to think of the consequences if I had returned to the store hours or days later saying it was missing an O ring I would have been believed?

I ordered a bottle of Odor X, the order was recorded but I never received it; then a few days ago I receive an email of confirmation of "refund for my return". I can't have returned something I have not received in the first place? Thanks for nothing.

I have purchased three items and one was damage so I try to make a refund or swap on line unfortunately but it didn’t allow me to. I was convinced that euro car parts will be more professional.

The part received was incorrect. I was then wrongly advised on the returns policy. In total loosing a day's work. I would not be using this company again.

Queues can be managed so much better You have so many customers waiting to be served but there isn't a system in place to serve customers The queues need managing - every customer must not be kept waiting longer than 5 minutes

★☆☆☆☆ A Complete Shambles, Saved Only by Helpful Staff Having used Euro Car Parts many times over the years, I never expected to find myself writing a review like this. Previous experiences have generally been positive, which makes this particular experience all the more disappointing. On 30 May 2026, I placed an order and paid an additional charge for same-day delivery. The delivery never arrived. What followed was a complete shambles. I was initially assured that the order was “on a van” despite the website continuing to show the order as pending. With growing doubts, I contacted customer services again on 1 June, only to be told that nobody could explain why the order had failed and that the system still showed little more than “order placed”. At that stage, there was no evidence the item had even been picked, packed or despatched. A refund was promised within 5 to 7 days. Having heard nothing further, I chased again on 8 June and was then informed by another representative that the order had apparently been delivered on 1 June. It had not. No order had ever arrived and no proof of delivery was forthcoming. By this stage, I had received three completely different versions of events: • The order was on a delivery vehicle. • Nobody knew what had happened. • The order had already been delivered. Meanwhile, I was left doing all the running and repeatedly chasing for information and the refund I had been promised. To be clear, this review is not aimed at the customer service agents. Every person I spoke to was polite, professional and genuinely tried to help. The problem appears to lie with the systems, branch communication and internal processes. Customer service staff can only relay the information they are given, and unfortunately the information they were receiving appeared to be inaccurate, contradictory and lacking any real ownership. Eventually, after escalating the matter to senior management within LKQ Group and Euro Car Parts, the refund was finally processed and has now cleared. Whilst I appreciate that the matter has ultimately been resolved, it should never have required escalation beyond normal customer service channels. Mistakes happen. Failed deliveries happen. What customers should not have to endure are contradictory explanations, broken promises, poor visibility of order status and the burden of having to investigate their own missing order. My hope in leaving this review is not simply to vent frustration, but to encourage Euro Car Parts to examine the processes and systems that support their front-line staff. The people were helpful. The processes were not. I will continue to use Euro Car Parts because my previous experiences have been positive, but this particular episode was easily one of the worst customer experiences I have encountered in recent years and one which I sincerely hope no other customer has to endure. Order date: 30 May 2026 Outcome: Refund eventually received following escalation Overall experience: A complete shambles that should serve as an opportunity for Euro Car Parts to improve its systems and customer journey.

I ordered an 'in stock' battery for delivery and after 4 days the order was cancelled as apparently the battery was not available from stock or the supplier. I checked online and it was showing 'in stock' in several locations so I just went to the closest store and purchased one the next morning. If you are going to offer an online delivery option then you really need to make it work instead of just wasting more time.
