Only has 1 star due zero not being available. Poor customer service. Slow refund took my order and money and even gave me a collection time. Only to arrive and be told no stock and nobody knew how to process. Dont waste your time

I reserved a part I desperately needed via the app. I collected the following morning, to which I had to walk 50mins to the Euro Car Parts location and back again to my vehicle. When I had given the part to the mechanic, it was discovered I had been given the wrong part as it had been a clerical booking error by the either app or staff. Due to the desperation of needing the part, I had to then pay for a cab to there and back again. No apologies from the staff or discount given, just silence and stone-faces for an error from Euro Car Parts.

Poor customer service, the lady behind the till in Brixton branch firstly lack the basic customer service skills (zero eye contact and you get to talk as if your committing a sin by walking in to this place rude and disrespectful).

Ordered and paid for seven items all in a sealed bag so I didn’t bother checking got home and one air filter missing not the end of the world ! Serviced the wife’s car and then mine drained oil and removed oil filter went to fit new filter and it’s the wrong one ! Can’t use the wife’s car as it’s parked behind mine and can’t use mine as no oil or filter! Got a neighbour to run me the 10 mile round trip to collect missing air filter and wrong oil filter although the woman was adamant it was the correct one and seemed to blame me for collecting the wrong one lol ! Any way got a £4.52 refund for wrong filter and charged £9.72 for new one I did ask about the 30% discount but you have to spend 50 or 60 quid for that but I had already spent that plus more in the first place ! So I feel rather ripped off by euro car bits !

I won’t use you again unfortunately - 4 attempts to get the correct battery for my car, then it needed terminal adaptors. Then I asked for fuel line and got home to find out it was vacuum hose. Not good :(

I ordered an Aquaroll online to collect from the Wigan store. When I went to collect it I was told they had that my order had been cancelled as someone hadn’t updated their stock & they didn’t have any in. Very frustrating as I needed it for my holiday a couple of days later.

Fantastic - they advertise an item as being in stock to pick up locally. They take my money and then, the next day, instead of a "your item is ready to collect" email, I get a "the item is out of stock" email and that I would be refunded. Ten days later and Im still waiting for my refund to come through!! Incompetence springs to mind.

Ordered parts online when went to fit them wrong parts were supplied, when went to get right parts they were more expensive as the other ones were not in stock Asked Pearson behind counter what I did wrong when ordering parts he said it was a fault of online orders

If I could give no stars I would. Recent order of 5 litre pressure sprayer. Ordered with expectations of receiving next day, at local branch. Wasted journey as it was not there. Same again, the day after. Two calls with customer service..... no help at all. Final visit to local branch, ELEVEN days after order., only to be told that crazy had issued a refund that morning. Email the day after today say my return had been refunded. MY RETURN???? Abysmal level of customer service and communication.

I ordered an item for same day collection via the ECP website. The website every clearly stated that there was 1 left in stock and it would be available. My confirmation email very clearly advised me that I could collect the item on the same day. We drove over 30minutes to get to the branch only to be told it wasn't in stock. The person working on the desk (unfortunately I didn't catch his name) told me it wasn't same day collection. I showed him my email receipt to which he just shrugged his shoulders and said "that's not what it says on my system" whilst pointing to his screen. There was no apologies or courtesy expressed for our wasted time and for the fact the system was incorrect. In fact, the employee spoke to me in a way that made me feel like I was at fault for simply following the email. I get that the emails/ website are automated based on an inventory management system. I assume that the Kettering branch have issues with stock management accuracy. Either that or the possibility of selling the item I ordered over the counter before I got there. The item on question (inflatable pool) was on high demand at that period in time. I give 1 star, purely because I can't do less and for the fact that it didn't take too long to receive my refund.

Went to the location assigned to pick up. The counter service is polite and helpful. Told me the part is not there yet, if I need the part right away , I can go to the central depot to collect. When I arrived at the depot, they do have 12 in stock but I have to pay again since I paid online. Frustrated. I went back to the original assigned place. Just want to share. I wasted two hours of my life without any good reasons.
