Sadly giving ordered wiper blades for collection, I found that both wipers had already been opened and resealed with fittings missing. This resulted in a return visit to store for a replacement. As the store had no other parts to replace these they upgraded the parts which I was greatful for.

Item wasn't available for pick up when it was supposed to be. Staff said to call first before coming again. Could not call directly - all numbers seem to go to central call centre and usual saga of pressing umpteen buttons before you get to speak to someone. Eventually got through to a helpful person who told me the item was present (a day later). Would only buy again as a last resort.

Delivery was horrendous took them 3 attempts to get it right even though I asked it to be left in porch they left a missed delivery card each time

Unfortunately as a mobile mechanic I can no longer afford to use Euro carparts as often as I used to do. The parts have become just too expensive compared to what they used to be. 8 have also noticed the shops are much quieter since the increased prices.

Whilst it is very easy to order online with just a few clicks actually picking up the item from the store is a different thing all together. It is quite possible to find oneself stuck in a queue for anything up to an hour. I overhead a chap say the other day that he once waited for nearly 2 hours to be served, he must have been desperate for the item he was collecting! I will only now order things if there is no where else to get what I'm looking for. The store in question is St. James Mill Road, Northampton.

Ordered item so I could collect went the next day and the item was damaged. Nobody had checked it and they couldn’t get me another - expected en to take it because in their eyes it was only a broken tab - for a refund after arguing

I paid extra for next day delivery as the part was urgent, I then waited in all that day but it never arrived, I tried calling the local branch who were dispatching it, they did not answer the phone. It was then delivered the following day while I was out, and the "while you were out" card was left, back dated to the day before! I guess so they could claim it was delivered on the correct day! I would not use again for anything urgent as they cannot be relied upon.

Wouldn’t allow me to click and collect from my local branch. Didn’t do delivery and wouldn’t deliver to my local branch so had to drive 60 miles to collect.

Very poor website, searched for spark plugs to go with my order & it listed NONE! Went to collect my order - shop said ‘spark plugs’ ARE available & simply gave me the ref number. Were unable to add these onto my order - so I then forfeited the SAVE30 discount offered when spending over £50 in a single transaction! What a proper con!

Where to start, 1st I got told part would be ready on the 1st of the mth Drove over an hour to collect it to find it was NOT even dispatched from body shop cost nearly £750 2nd thing the female manager there could not care less about it (black hair and tattoos not to be confused if there's another) The only reason I would even consider shopping there is for 1 member of staff Scott he was awesome in his professional manner and tried to resolve it but was over ruled by management in my opinion if Scott was manager euro car would have alot better standing Mike Smith

I believe the box had been tampered with or re-used. Parts bag was open, no Allen key present. 8 Keys instead of 4 None of keys fitted the locks.??

Ordered car parts after the site told me they would fit, they did not fit, took 4 weeks to get sent back... took longer to get refund. will not be using again
