Reserved wipers, waited so long to collect them that I had to leave otherwise I'd be late to collect daughter from school. Didn't take wipers, didn't go back as I wasn't prepared to wait again. Ended up buying some elsewhere. Wasted trip.

Online purchase nice & easy. Website experience is very good however delivery of the products was totally different matter.. I was phoned by some lady who bluntly said she will only deliver when it works for her - not for me, when I said there is nobody at home between 8am & 2.30pm.. I then tried calling the branch number to rearrange delivery to my work address however gave up after few attempts. I the end I’ve driven from Felixstowe to Euro Car Parts in Ipswich to collect my order which costed me time & money. Experience of collecting my order was very easy & friendly. Gentleman who served me was helpful & professional - thank you.

Ordered two bulbs, but when I collected them, they'd been put into a random box that was open and far too small for them, with zero packaging otherwise. One of the bulbs was shattered as a result.

recently bought brake pads from euro car parts but they did not sell the fitting kit or the caliper sliding pins, which need changing when brake pads changed.

Ordered a front flexi pipe for my Mokka when went to fit it the front flange was was welded incorrect had another one delivered only to find out that was welded wrongly as well. Not good.

Delivery was fast and efficient, but the part was incorrect so I returned it to the store. They processed the refund in store but I’m yet to receive my money back, and it’s been over a week!

As written in a previous review. Even though I have a cash account I am being quoted higher prices for parts on my account than what is listed online without discount codes applied. Even been quoted higher prices than what’s online over the phone. This is an issue which was previously advised but ended with not really being able to resolved as apparently I don’t spend £2000+ a month with you. I do feel this is a shame as Euro Car Parts is the closest parts supplier to my location but I’ve now started to use other suppliers more as they are cheaper for the same parts. Very much feels like Euro Car Parts doesn’t care about its smaller core customers anymore.

Ordered a ball joint online, this was easy enough. Picked it up and got home to find a missing piece. Tried to ring the branch with 30 minutes to spare before closing... no answer. Tried a couple more times, same result. Went to another branch the next morning who replaced to part but still fuel and time down etc..

After years of finding Euro Car parts to be my first choice for buying parts to keep my car in good shape I was extremely disappointed with the experience I encountered on this occasion. After diagnosing a failed coil pack on my car I ordered a replacement online to collect, inserting my reg number as usual and selecting a Bosch component from those listed as the correct item for my car. Since this is the second coil pack fail on the original items on my car I figured a second spare might not be a bad shout, so ordered 2 of the listed units. Bonus, buying x2 Bosch items triggered a checkout discount, win, win! Collected the ordered parts within the hour, returning home to fut the newly purchased coil pack. Offered the new part to the car only to find the wiring connection would not fit - an offset keyway preventing connection! Returned the items back to the shop, explained the issue to the guy on the desk, who said, yeah the website will recommend an item that may not fit....really? Ok not impressed but can you give me the correct item. Yes, no problem took my reg number and gave me a different Bosch part number, same price, however without the 'buy 2 items' discount! Why no discount? I asked...oh you have to order online to get that! "That is what I did but was sold the wrong items!" Was my reply. Yes but you haven't ordered these replacements online, was his reply. By this time I was too frustrated to argue so payed the extra. So a very negative experience on this occasion. I'm sorry but you asked for feedback - rant over.

Put reg of car in on part required online, the part came incorrect, i went after work to shrewsbury to rectify, she said code on system wrong & apologised and was generally helpful, but i was so annoyed i paid delivery and had to pay extra for part, i should have been refunded for delivery but girl refused, even after driving 40mins with my fuel after paying delivery to go and rectify there error, so staff polite but i feel had no powers to refund the delivery cost even though there fault, so not a great first experience for me
