I paid extra for next day delivery as the part was urgent, I then waited in all that day but it never arrived, I tried calling the local branch who were dispatching it, they did not answer the phone. It was then delivered the following day while I was out, and the "while you were out" card was left, back dated to the day before! I guess so they could claim it was delivered on the correct day! I would not use again for anything urgent as they cannot be relied upon.

Wouldn’t allow me to click and collect from my local branch. Didn’t do delivery and wouldn’t deliver to my local branch so had to drive 60 miles to collect.

Very poor website, searched for spark plugs to go with my order & it listed NONE! Went to collect my order - shop said ‘spark plugs’ ARE available & simply gave me the ref number. Were unable to add these onto my order - so I then forfeited the SAVE30 discount offered when spending over £50 in a single transaction! What a proper con!

Where to start, 1st I got told part would be ready on the 1st of the mth Drove over an hour to collect it to find it was NOT even dispatched from body shop cost nearly £750 2nd thing the female manager there could not care less about it (black hair and tattoos not to be confused if there's another) The only reason I would even consider shopping there is for 1 member of staff Scott he was awesome in his professional manner and tried to resolve it but was over ruled by management in my opinion if Scott was manager euro car would have alot better standing Mike Smith

I believe the box had been tampered with or re-used. Parts bag was open, no Allen key present. 8 Keys instead of 4 None of keys fitted the locks.??

Ordered car parts after the site told me they would fit, they did not fit, took 4 weeks to get sent back... took longer to get refund. will not be using again

I ordered and paid online for a car battery for collection from my local branch. I had checked the spec and had entered my registration and the battery appeared to be suitable for my car. When I went to collect the battery, I found that the shape at the bottom was incompatable with my car's fixing arrangement. I was offered an alternative battery, which WAS compatable with my car, but at a higher price. I offered to pay the difference but was told that I would have to pay in full for the second battery and that the cost of the first battery would be refunded to my card within 4 days. After a week, no refund had been received. The branch was unable to help and referred me to Customer Services - who left me on hold for an interminable period, so I hung up. It was only by raising a complaint via PayPal - by which I had paid - that a refund was eventually received. I recommend anyone ordering online for local collection to opt for paying at the branch - not online - so that the item can be checked for correctness before paying.

The way the product was promoted online was very misleading. The staff that I dealt with on 1st day were really helpful and understanding the man on customer services telephone was really good. The day I took the product back to get the full refund as I was advised to the member of staff was so unhelpful it was untrue. He seemed more obsessed with playing on his phone and actually wanted to deal with customers.

Ordered parts and advised all would be ready for collection the next day. On arrival and a 15 minute wait in the queue I was told the part had not arrived and would take another day. On collection the following day found out the part did not match the previous part or fit my vehicle even though the website said it was compatible. Usually euro car parts i would advise to others to use but after this experience I have some doubts.

The wiper was supposed to fit my Puma ST. However, it is incorrect and not the right part. Would have returned it but managed to fit using my old clips etc.

Not a great experience I’m afraid. I ordered and paid for a swimming pool online from the Euro Car Parts site and was told it would be ready to collect from the Borehamwood store by 9am the next day. When I arrived they said it hadn’t been delivered yet and I would have to return several hours later - which was really inconvenient. To add insult to injury the store manager told me all this while standing IN FRONT of two of the exact same swimming pools I had ordered! When I asked if he could not just give me one of those the reply was “these are reserved for other customers”. I still can’t understand why my order was seen as less important than these other customers orders - and why I had to be the one to have to travel miles back and forth simply to get what I’d already paid for. When I did return a few hours later they apologised and blamed their customer service department. But thankfully I did get my pool in the end.
