Part was as requested but I paid £6 for next day delivery and had a mechanic lined up to fit the part that night, the part didn't turn up until the day after. Made a phone call to have my delivery charge reimbursed to be told we can't do that ! I should have opted for the free delivery and saved myself some money.

Oldbury office, one person on the counter,10-12 people waiting, spent more time waiting than driving there and back. Will not go there again. The one lady on the till was pleasant considering circumstances.

I ordered an item online as it was reportedly in stock and available for pickup the next day, On calling to collect it I was charged for the item, then it could not be found, so I was remibursed. I have since bought from Amazon.

Online rder not delivered by due date, tried to contact customer service, told local branch was delivering. 8, yes eight, attempts to phone them just got the national contact line. useless. After much grief, eventually got in contact . The automated phone system is rubbish & does not allow to contact local branch. Customer service were hopeless. Seems the delivery drivers have same problem contacting branch so use personal mobiles to colleagues. The automated phone system is TOTALLY USELESS - human contact helps both sides to resolve questions of all kinds. GO BACK TO THE HUMAN SYSTEM AND DITCH THE AUTO SYSTEM.

Item was not as described. I ordered Sack Barrow Wheels for 20mm shaft. Delivered were wheels for a 16mm shaft. I paid more for the 'right size' as 16mm shafts are common and avaialble from every on-line outlet... but unfortunately Euro Car Parts don't seem to understand that certain dimensions are critical ! The tyres were the right size and so was able, with a bit of messing around, to swap the tyres to the old rims. This should not have been required. I would be very careful when ordereing parts from here as clearly the on-line specs are not always accurate.

I recently purchased a 5ltr Purple Velvet cat shampoo. Very runny compared to the last ones I have bought. Also bought two headlight bulbs for my daughter’s car. Gave my reg to the assistant, but when I tried to fit them on the evening, wrong ones for the vehicle. No problem swapping them over but was frustrated at the time.

I think prices are expensive when compared with other supplier's. I ordered without checking and then realised later I paid a high price, more than double what I could have got elsewhere.

Ordered items at two stores one being incorrect syore and next one was missing an item so asked to cancel, tickets raised and shortly were resolved by someone, no refund arrived but still received email stating I had 3-4 days to pick up item once that time ran out I eventually got my refund so raising a ticket for refund was pointless just added extra days

They don’t stock certain parts for older cars and can’t even order the required part . Which is a major fault . So you are left to the joys of EBay to try and find parts .

The sales person needs to be given training on how to work in a customer environment. I walked in and said morning twice and he did not reply, it was like he did not want to be there.

I like Euro Car parts because of the availability of parts and the click and collect option. However, I have had some bad service recently. Firstly, I ordered some wiper blades for my car but because it wasn't available to collect immediately, I had to call to cancel so I can pick one from the shop. The customer service guy I spoke to on Saturday said he's cancelled it. I learnt on Monday that he hadn't cancelled. On the Saturday, he suggested a wiper blade which he reserved at the Catford branch. I picked the wipers but they were not the right one for my car. I had to go back there to get the right ones. I asked the customer service guy if I can return it and pay the difference for the new wiper. He said they can't because it's a different system. They had to refund it to my card. I paid for the right ones in the shop. I waited for 15mins and was told the wipers are not in stock. The young customer service guys there are very playful. There was a long queue on that Saturday morning but they only had one person serving. The queue stretched to the entrance. They keep saying the system they're using is clunky. With the money Euro Car parts make they should be able to upgrade. They're slacking. They'll end up losing customers if they continue like this. I ended up buying the wiper elsewhere.

Products and website are fine. But the local branch in Peterborough is terrible. Usually a large queue to pick up items, not enough staff to serve customers. Often queuing out the door.

Bedford euro car parts is terrible. Last couple of times I have been I have regretted it the wait for most people for their order was 45-60 minutes. 2 members did everything whilst half a dozen members of staff were stood outside smoking and chatting to the female delivery drivers.

Wait times at the Swindon collection point are ridiculous. We gave up after half an hour of the man at the desk talking to one customer with roughly 15 to be seen for collecting their orders.

The first time I visited the Que was by the door 1 member off staff working, the waiting time was over half an hour this was not good for me as I had kids in the car,the lady was very helpful and apologetic tho. Second time I went the Que was out the door and was told that 2 members of staff working weekends but again only 1 this waiting time was minimum 40 mins which again is not great, again staff member was helpful
