For my last order - Never received any confirmation of my online order. Also then got no notification my parts were ready. Turned up anyway as had no choice....only one of the parts were ready. Online prior to order, the advice was that both the parts would be ready next day. My previous order- Got a confirmation but when I arrived they couldn't find one of the parts. They offered me an alternative. Before that I had to wait 15 mins in the waiting area of the trade desk in Mallusk before anyone came to attend the till. At least 3 guys walked in and out without acknowledging me before someone finally arrived and asked how they could help. That was the second time that happened. Was 10 mins the previous occasion. Good range of parts at a decent price but customer service is lacking and getting worse.

I had to go to the store several times to collect my order. I should have been informed that my order was not ready so I don't waste my time going up and down.

I ordered front brake discs and pads online for a Corsa using the registration of the vehicle to identify. The discs fitted well but the pads were the wrong shape to be fitted. Took the pads back to the shop but was told because I ordered them online through click and collect they could not exchange them and I had to buy the correct parts again for £36. I was told I should have measured the parts before ordering which would have meant removing the wheel, dismantling the caliper to comply for measuring. Ridiculous. The pads box had been opened previously and one set of pads had already had the plastic protection removed, so presumably another customer had encountered the same problem. The registration of the car should have been sufficient to match the correct parts, so the online connection for the vehicle is wrong on your system. I have purchased similar parts for a different vehicle without problem. I left the pads I was not able to fit with the shop to dispose of. I shall never use your online system again.

Used euro 3 times now, and on all occasions I’ve been given the incorrect part, even with inputting my cst information. Will not use again.

Pretty poor service, and the tools were sub par quality. I was in a serious rush, wish I'd waited as they were useless and un-useable anyway.

Waiting 10 days for my item. Still not arrived. Made endless phone calls and visits to the Chessington branch- still no joy. Maybe they offer a great service, but my experience has been shocking . I have given a 2 star rating and am being generous

I went to Euro Car Parts yesterday to buy some parts, but unfortunately, they gave me the wrong ones. It was a disappointing experience, as it wasted both my time and money. I hope that next time they are more careful and provide the correct information and parts to their customers.”

I ordered wiper blades online after entering my reg number. When I collected I wasn't told I was being supplied with an 'alternate part' as the one I needed was unavailable. Not only did the alternate part not fit, the blades were not even the correct length. Two wasted 10 mile round trips. Not impressed.

The car parts were delivered very quickly but to the wrong house. The neighbour gave me the car parts a day later.

The prices are inflated to give some supposed discount, and inferior brands are the default.

Pretty useless to be honest, the registration number linked to parts system does'nt work so had to return parts and they didn't have a clue what was the right bit and wern't really interested when i told them

Very sorry to say the service is extremely slow, not the fault of the man at the counter (on his own). It is clear that the length of the queue doesn’t matter to the management. Also to add insult to injury a young man comes down puts an order on the counter and leaves whilst on the phone laughing and leaves. After waiting a while and queue not moving and people complaining I left, to find the young man outside still on the phone. This is simply not good enough

The first reason is your store told me about the item when it arrived. Perfectly fine, then they kept calling for the next 4 days over the weekend and left voicemails, they need to realise that customer is aware of the item they ordered. And will collect in their own time. Calling them will not make them to pick the item early. Second reason, when brought this issue with the person at the store, he was very rudely suggested that I should tell you myself. I am usually happy with a normal service and don’t really ask for exceptional customer service as I understand the work pressure, but this behaviour was quite out of order. I ll try collecting it from a different store wherever possible. Thanks

My order never arrived, and it took four phone calls before I finally received a refund. Fortunately, Maria was able to resolve the issue, but the representatives I spoke to before her weren’t very helpful. No explanation was given for the missed delivery, and in the end, we had to buy the parts elsewhere.
