Despite entering my registration number I was given the wrong brake pads so when I went to exchange them I was informed the guy who does return's is not in today? You have to buy the correct brake pads again and return the wrong pads tomorrow for a refund(no thanks wasted journey no 2). The following day was Bank holiday Monday so didn't risk another wasted journey, finally got to return the wrong pads and get the correct pads on the third visit. Not very good service really is it?
