Clock and Collect Order - item I ordered was out of stock when I arrived to collect it (three hours after ordering). Service was very slow.

There is never any parking as your vans are in the customer spaces making it very difficult to collect orders. The colleagues who serve on the desk never seem happy, I was greeted with a ‘yep’ rather than a hello how are you. Basic changes would make me use you more than your competitors who do have easy parking and happier staff.

Ordered two items on click and collect but my local branch lost one of them in the stock room so I could only collect one. I could hear the staff saying “I saw that come in. It’s somewhere. Tell him it hasn’t arrived”

BOUGHT ONLINE TO COLLECT IN STORE EASY PICKED THE UNIT UP EMPTY STORE 2 EMPLOYEES AT THE TILLS EASY SHOULD FLY THROUGH I THOUGHT WAS PROCESSED AT THE TILL IN LESS THAN A MINUTE THE WAITED 15MINS FOR SOMEONE TO BRING THE GOODS OUT. WHAT A POINTLESS EXERCISE YOUR CLICK AND COLLECT IS

I needed some brake pads for my car. Using your website I entered the car's registration number and the site came up with the correct details of the car make, model and year. I ordered the pads the site identified and the pads were delivered quickly. Unfortunately they were not the correct pads for the car. I then had to make a 34 mile round trip to return the pads for a refund.

I was told parts were ready for collection but on arriving at the branch in Uxbridge on 4 of 5 spark plugs ordered had arrived. This meant my having to come back the next day.

Very good service and price. The problem is with pick up. Parking very limited on their forecourt and if you stop anywhere else on site even very briefly you get a parking ticket. I did and it’s £100, made for a very expensive car battery.

Quick to take your money, super slow to deliver. Website is misleading, suggests next day delivery only to find your items don’t qualify even though you spend £80. Al in all very disappointing.

Regarding my recent purchase at Farnborough, Invincible Way. A customer who was outside on his phone, was allowed to jump the queue because he seemed to know the names of most of the back room staff. This interaction took at least 20mins of haggling over prices and the telling of various stories about cars, eventually someone else was called to talk to the guy, i will try to avoid that branch in the future, they dont seem to have idea about customer service.

Bought online from website by rntering my Car Registration number, made sure the part fits my car, part got delivered, went to Mechanic, he told me that its not the right part, had to go to store for replacement and they gave me the correct part.

Took about 10 minutes for someone to get my order which should have only taken 1 minute at the most! I walked into the shop and I was the only customer waiting, a lad came out and served me and said my order will be a couple of minutes. He proceeded to sit there and do some bits on the computer, then disappeared and eventually returned a few minutes later. At this point I was still waiting and he then proceeded to go in the back and get my order, which took him 30 seconds, I mean he could have done this straight away!! My order was pre picked and waiting for me before I even got to the store and no one had picked my order whilst I was there as I could see who went out back on their own CCTV. Not happy waiting that long unnecessarily and it was totally avoidable, will not be going back to that store!

I ordered the part on line to be collected. When I got there , I had to queue up to be seen. There were four in front of me . Only one member serving and retrieving the parts from the store behind the counter 20 mins later I was served, I had to wait for him to go and collect my order,there were people moving around in the back ground in the store. I thought the idea of ordering on lime to be collected ,the order would ready to pick up.

I ordered 1 litre of fluid online for collection, purely because it stated it was in stock so I could go in and pick it up. Spent the 90 minute round trip journey only to wait for half an hour in store to be told its not in stock. So they've ordered it in from another branch without asking my preference first, so then I was obligated to spend another 90 minute round trip to pick it up at the end of the day, having received an email saying thank you for successful collection of your order?? I'd have preferred a refund and gone elsewhere to save half my working day. So, i won't be trusting their online stock list again.
