The way the product was promoted online was very misleading. The staff that I dealt with on 1st day were really helpful and understanding the man on customer services telephone was really good. The day I took the product back to get the full refund as I was advised to the member of staff was so unhelpful it was untrue. He seemed more obsessed with playing on his phone and actually wanted to deal with customers.

Ordered parts and advised all would be ready for collection the next day. On arrival and a 15 minute wait in the queue I was told the part had not arrived and would take another day. On collection the following day found out the part did not match the previous part or fit my vehicle even though the website said it was compatible. Usually euro car parts i would advise to others to use but after this experience I have some doubts.

The wiper was supposed to fit my Puma ST. However, it is incorrect and not the right part. Would have returned it but managed to fit using my old clips etc.

Not a great experience I’m afraid. I ordered and paid for a swimming pool online from the Euro Car Parts site and was told it would be ready to collect from the Borehamwood store by 9am the next day. When I arrived they said it hadn’t been delivered yet and I would have to return several hours later - which was really inconvenient. To add insult to injury the store manager told me all this while standing IN FRONT of two of the exact same swimming pools I had ordered! When I asked if he could not just give me one of those the reply was “these are reserved for other customers”. I still can’t understand why my order was seen as less important than these other customers orders - and why I had to be the one to have to travel miles back and forth simply to get what I’d already paid for. When I did return a few hours later they apologised and blamed their customer service department. But thankfully I did get my pool in the end.

Ordered on line, the Nissan Qashqui coolant was reserved for collection at Wednesfield Wolverhampton, I realised after leaving the store that I had been given the incorrect item, so returned back to the counter to get the item swapped for the one that I had actually ordered, having waited patiently for my ordered item a staff member returned from the stock room to advise me that they had not got the item in stock, so a full refund was given back to me, this was so disappointing, but I am sure that this has happened to me before.

Not too impressed as the wiper did not fit my car the box had already been opened. We had to return it and pay more for another one. The one for my son’s car had also been opened and the fittings were missing. Fortunately he was able to fit it. The staff were polite and helpful.

Ordered online with the item confirmed as being in stock. Was then emailed to say that the item was ready to collect. However when I arrived was told that they didn't have the item. Team were polite but seems that they have very poor stock management. Big waste of time and would not recommend.

Poor customer service. I went oldbury euro car parts to collect it, they said item not ordered, They asked me to come next day for collection. I went to collect it next day, again they said item not ordered. Disappointed.

Bought a Coil pack for my daughter's Corsa automatic about 2 weeks ago, my daughter has just got back to me to tell me it is the wrong part, unfortunately I no longer have receipt and now have a coil pack that I don't know what vehicle it fits.

Maybe a text when the order is ready to collect would help. Suppose my fault for not reading the oder confirmation email properly. It went back before I could collect it.
