Had to chase up order as no delivery date put on confirmation email , tracking never changed from being processed so never knew when it was coming , until I opened my door and it was sat on door step , no knock or anything . Anyone could have taken that order from my door step .

Purchased some items and didn’t need x2 items. Upon returning these items I was met with a rude member of staff who said I need my paper copy receipt even though I shown him my receipt on my email which stated it was a receipt? Eventually got the refund and asked to buy something else which was met with a huff. Won’t be returning to this branch.

Terrible service said items in that weren't only got part of order went back 3 days later and had lost other parts of order not great won't be using again.

Ordered new battery and paid for it online, came to collect only to find new battery was totally flat, I was told that was the only one Ibstock at the branch, I asked to change to a different battery and pay the difference if required but was told no you can't do that as I purchased online. The girl said she would order me another one and I could take the flat one and exchange when the new one was in. I had to explain to her that it's pointless putting a flat battery on a car in place of a flat battery, extra training required me thinks.

Even when there are long ques there is only 1 person on the till despite there being lots of people in the office. The customer service is extremely poor bordering on rude. I will not use them again

Ordered 4 Porsche brake wear sensors for a customers Boxster due in that day. Placed order online and sensors were delivered promptly. On the day of the job, I realised Euro Car Parts had sent me 3 fronts and 1 rears by mistake. Very hard work at times are ECP/CP4Less

Well done Euro Car Parts you never fall to disappoint. Parts ordered online Thursday for collection the following day for an urgent job, only to be told when arriving that I should have been informed it would be Tuesday before they would be available. Tuesday arrives and no contact or confirmation of order. I had to contact the branch and yes they were on the shelf. Can't blame them but your online ordering and communication regarding orders needs improvement.

Parts were reasonable priced and quick to get. But I received a part that someone had clearly tried to fit before and broke then returned. I only realised this after I took the part home so which left me without enough parts to fix my car.

Ordered 2 items. One was in stock, the other due the next day. Went to collect the items the next day and waited in a queue for half an hour and was then told that the item due in that day had not arrived due to the truck being in an accident, which is understandable, but if I’d been told as I went in I’d maybe have just come back for both items the next day. Also, one of the staff serving the people in front of me had a shocking manner and spoke to customers in an unacceptable way. He was ok when he served me but I would have said something to him if he’d behaved in the same way to me. Returned the next day and waited in the queue again for half an hour to then be told that the item had not come in. I was offered an alternative part which I accepted, so the agent collected it and amended the order paperwork, then told me ‘Actually, I think I saw the part you ordered down the back of the shelf’ then he went back and swapped the item back for the one I was originally supposed to get, which meant more paperwork changes. Products were good, but let down by customer service and queuing time.

Great price and easy to find parts. Not a regular customer just a DIY person changing some wiper blades. When collecting I appreciate it was busy but no desperate collection point to collect web orders told to join the queue mate!!! Then it was all kicking off due to a busy car park and customers were spoken to like something off your shoe. Once served told to wait, and that only took a few minutes. Product and service and price ok but surely you should have a separate collection point for pre orders. Any way will use again but it could have been so much better

Ordered brake parts Monday. At check out offered next day express delivery, which rather than collect, I accepted. Nothing, arrived Tuesday. Wednesday I was advised there was a delay, so no delivery Wednesday, nothing arrived Thursday, and went round in circles trying to talk with various "bots" its now Friday afternoon and still no update. Appalling service,impossible to talk to anyone won't be using delivery again.

Unfortunately I had to return the rear left-hand side light for my Mazda as although when I purchased the item from Euro car parts I stated the registration details The replacement light they provide was not suitable when it came to fitting. I have since found out that the light requires is an LED bulb. The salesman on return said he couldn't provide an alternative as the computer was bringing up the same part as I was returning. I will have to try again with an OEM number.

Product fine but delivery very poor. Paid for the premium delivery and took two more days than promised. Very poor communication too and hard to access help online. Why not have a customer phone number - probably won't order with ECP again.

Ordered a tool, had confirmation of my order. I have been waiting for over a week and have yet to receive my order then I am asked to do a review of my order which I have not received. Was then told that my payment hadn’t gone through. Not helpful as the money has still been withheld from my account. Would have been nice to know straight away that there was an issue not just a confirmation

Order a number of items over easter, the items showed in stock and delivery was an option, the order was not processed for 3 days and then got told an item was out of stock, that was a bit annoying as other online shops also had the same deal and they also had the item in stock.. Its shocking in the world of AI and eCommerce tools been able to show real time stock levels, someone like Euros, a hugh corporation should be able to do real time stock levels

Supplied 2 wipers for 2016 mini reciept says correct sizes but the boxes were labeled incorrectly. Had to return to the branch and then got told there was no correct stock. The que system in Wembley was crazy as well, no one knew who was next and people jumped the que.
