Regarding my recent purchase at Farnborough, Invincible Way.
A customer who was outside on his phone, was allowed to jump the queue because he seemed to know the names of most of the back room staff. This interaction took at least 20mins of haggling over prices and the telling of various stories about cars, eventually someone else was called to talk to the guy, i will try to avoid that branch in the future, they dont seem to have idea about customer service.
