I ordered 1 litre of fluid online for collection, purely because it stated it was in stock so I could go in and pick it up. Spent the 90 minute round trip journey only to wait for half an hour in store to be told its not in stock. So they've ordered it in from another branch without asking my preference first, so then I was obligated to spend another 90 minute round trip to pick it up at the end of the day, having received an email saying thank you for successful collection of your order?? I'd have preferred a refund and gone elsewhere to save half my working day.
So, i won't be trusting their online stock list again.
