Despite entering my registration details, I was supplied with the wrong oil filter for my vehicle. I was then charged extra for the correct part. Not very good when I'd had to make an extra journey to correct your error.

wrong part supplied, used the chat option to resolve, bot was quick, when transfered to a human the person was obviously dealing with several people at the same time, every time I answered a question it took 4/5 minutes to recieve a response. After almost 1 hour I was given a phone no. to contact. Problem then rectified in 2 mins.

Ordered and paid for parts by click and collect but still had to queue up at the Reading branch as they only had one person serving taking over 30 mins. Hopeless!! Should have just gone to the store in the first place and taken a chair. I'll go elsewhere in future.

Ordered brake pads on line wrong ones car was on ramp so had to get taxi home and back to garage not happy I lost a day's work

I've ordered parts with delivery. The delivery was meant to be within 3-4 working days but I had to collect my order myself from local shop after a week as it was forgotten

Ordered a bunch of service items for my mums car for delivery using website. Parts came within a few days. Went to fit the wiper blades and they are incorrect. I call a few days later, the guy at the other end of the phone confirmed they had sent the wrong blades but I’ve got to return them! I wouldn’t mind if it was an honest mistake but he admitted they’re sent the wrong ones. Now I’ve got to loose an hr out of my day to drive there, return the part and drive back. I paid for delivery yet I’m the one having to return the parts.

Most part collections take 20 minutes, half the time parts are incorrect and I have to return again to exchange for correct parts. No longer a customer way to much time wasting.

Battery replacement trying give ma a battery that had been returned scored terminials and no sticker on the top of battery to let know the watage and cranking . defentily not a new battery .very angary .the parts man was very angary.he banged the new battery on counter for me .

When the items were delivered the brake pad box seal was opened and box all ripped. There is a seal on these boxes for a reason. They are being returned

Ordered a battery online using my car reg to ensure correct battery . Picked up the battery from Dury Lane in Oldham , I wasn't offered any help to carry it out to the car (it's heavy and I'm quite tiny) . Arrived home , only to find it was the too small so I rang up and was told "oh yeah sorry not sure how that's happened, but you can just bring it back" . I did return the battery and whilst I was waiting in the queue of customers who were mostly returning wrong items , I chatted to the man in front of me about my experience and having to return it, when the girl behind the counter in a very loud voice, shouted "okay okay we don't need a running commentary" - I'm absolutely disgusted at this and the whole service in general

Very disappointing experience with Euro Car Parts. I placed an order online with a delivery timeframe of 4–5 working days, but it never arrived. I ended up having to go into the store myself to collect the items. To make matters worse, when I got there, the engine oil I had ordered wasn’t available. I was told I had to purchase a more expensive oil instead, costing me £20 more. What’s the point of ordering online if the stock isn’t accurate or items go missing? On top of that, I couldn’t get a refund straight away and was told it would take another 5 working days, meaning I’ve effectively paid double for now. Very poor service overall — unreliable delivery, inaccurate stock, and slow refunds. I won’t be ordering online from Euro Car Parts again

I tried to change the pick up for my order but was told by the Rochdale branch they would cancel and I should reorder from Oldham. They didn’t cancel my original order so I am still waiting for a refunded

Purchased a Berlingo wishbone and lower ball joint only to find that the 3 M10 fine bolts that secure the BJ to the wishbone in the kit came with M10 course nuts. Doh!

I ordered flexible super glue for pickup. Passed by the store a few times over the next few days. Always busy, long queues and only one terminal open. Gave up. Finally found a day with no queues, so popped in, paid... then waited 10 mins... then I asked where's my item... oh you'll have to wait! Gladly the chap on the terminal went to get my item. When judged against shops like argos, toolstation, screwfix, the service is rubbish. Only reason I gave 2 stars is cos they're the only place that had this type of superglue in the area.
