No where as easy as it used to be, if you don't have a number plate & have too phone up not a very good service at all. Phoned up 3 times & someone hung up twice on me.

The wipers I bought to replace the original MINI ones did eventually fit and work well, but compared with the one-click removal of the original ones, they were extremely fiddly and frustrating to fit. It took me more than an hour with the instructions on the box providing little help. Surely Bosch could have engineered something easier to use!

Euro car parts has a vast amount of items which is great the only problem I have is every time I go there I have to wait so long for them to get my item even though I've pre ordered them that is why I normally go elsewhere if I can get what I want

I came to pick up a pair of disposal gloves at the Exeter branch, the chap behind the counter appeared to be annoyed that I had asked for the disposable gloves, generally a bad attitude, this is not the first I have experienced this in the Exeter branch, My recommendations would be to make sure staff are trained properly in customer service and treats them well, otherwise business will go elsewhere, I will add that other staff have been fine who have served me.

It’s tough one, Gentleman on the counter was terrific he only do is job very pleasant guy but experience was awful the wait times where dreadful and then when I finally got served for the item(s) I ordered via click & collect after further long waits one was not in stock so then had to be refunded this experience would be 0 starts but I gave 2 only for the colleague serving who I felt sorry for having to man the counter solo dealing with unbalanced stocks and long queues of peoples quires and orders

Paid Extra Delivery charge for next day delivery... which didn't happen. This was from the Canterbury Branch. I received delivery the following afternoon, by which time the mechanic that I had hired to work on my car had cancelled. I explained to the help desk that I required it by 1pm that afternoon , which failed to materialise. They only emailed the Cnaterbury Branch Manager. There doesn't seem to be any telephone communication between the two. I was offered a refund of my delivery charge and a £10 voucher. I asked for a £10 refund, as I couldn't trust Euro Car Parts Canterbury to deliver on time in the future, so I would be unlikely to use them again. I recived the £10 refund which was appreciated . The chap on the help desk was helpful, but I didn't recive my order on time.

It's not about the product but the service. Everyone can make a mistake but it's about attitude. Euro car parts are responsable for the delivery services even if it is other company. Part orderd the 25th of March, never received. 4th of April refund asked... Money recived the 17th of April... Plus, no part no travel. I lose 130 quids for Eurotunnel ticket... Thank you all...

I bought the part off your website for £91 I am part of a tade account and with the trade account in store they wanted £127 what a joke. I since saw the part online for £51 You destroy the opposition then put the prices up !!! Been a mechanic for 35 years

Had to wait a long time at counter as only one counter staff working lots of staff out the back joking around and one counter staff working seems a bit unfair and now find out could have got the same parts cheaper elsewhere tried to order online to get discount but didn't get any discount when I went pick up bits.

Very disappointed as I use you for any car parts. ordered pads and disks for a Fiesta and never got delivered. Evri claiming too heavy yet i have had disks delivered before and they are only small ones. Never got a call back as promised from my first chase of the order and had to chase a second time. it is now ten days on and still no parts.This is not acceptable as they shoildnt be listed as delivery when there are these issues. I work in the Fire Service and have for once all four days off over Easter so i ordered them in good time to ensure they were here and today still no parts!

Not very happy with the customer service at your Kettering branch the lady serving has a bad attitude and making me think twice about using you again all because parts were ordered using the vehicle reg number and the web site suggested the wrong parts and her attitude to dealing with this was terrible.

Bought brembo pads for my car anti rattle lips and sensors were not in the boxes just pads. Box shows that anti battle clips and sensors should be in the boxes.

Ordered some screen wash on 03 April and had an email saying it was dispatched on 04 April. Tracking details said it has not been received by the courier. I followed up with customer service on 12 April and still have heard no updates. No idea where my item is. If it had arrived it would probably be a good review but it is seemingly lost in the ether.

Its a good shop but will give only 2 stars becasue of very poor access for people with disabilities. If you are wheelchair user it would be imposible to access the store even its on the ground floor but has high kerb and a steep step. Could be quite easly solved by making a small kind of ramp?

They supplied the wrong part and when they identified the right part and said they would reserve it for me for 24 hours it was not there the next day. A big waste of my time.
