was in store Aberdeen to collect parts, I said to the parts person, could you double check that the oil filter is correct part as I don’t want to drain oil & find it’s the wrong part, she said yes 100% correct part, turned out was wrong filter, caused me a lot of hassle, wasn’t happy

Ordered the parts online for collection when I arrived they didn’t have the parts in stock although it stated that they were in stock for collection so I had a wasted journey

Your staff are very good considering the anarchy with computers and finding basic things like spanners that should be there in the stores, nearly an hour went buy to find that they could not find them.

Turn house road branch is pretty poor. Staff arent helpful, being given the wrong parts is too often and it takes a day and age to get served.

Ordered brake pads from website, using the vehicle number plate "identify parts that fit". Removed my first brake pads only to find they didn't fit (apparently, there are 2 types - long and short) Had to return them next day to get the correct pads. There was no issue replacing with the right pads, but it was an unnecessary effort, as I had to put my car back together, to be able to drive back the store.

Not impressed, ordered 2 items online,received text saying ready, went to pick up, told only 1 arrived, asked to refund 1 item, was told item would be refunded. Today, 13 days later no refund. Also 1st 3 fuses blew within 5 days, am now on 4th fuse

Easy to order online however products did not fit car (despite putting number plate in) Had to return twice to get the correct refund. Both issues cause a lot of unnecessary stress

Always had a good experience with Euro car parts before but this time it was a mess. I ordered online for a collect. At the collect point it took 20 mins to get the product (windscreen wipers) - there was one young person on the front desk trying to handle all the customers with plenty of other staff out of site laughing, joking and apparently doing nothing When I did finally receive the product it was incorrect which I had to point out - they then got the correct one. Very poor customer service and I felt sorry for the young kid on the front desk by himself

Bought front discs and pads for Ford Kuga 2019. Fitted them but car didn't, feel right took to a mechanic who realised the discs were 300 instead of 320 as needed and the pads were wrong. Looked at the receipt and they were for a Ford Focus. They are not interchangeable with my model. Not a happy boy will be returning the goods. In the meantime have gone to Ford for proper parts

Absolutely shocking! Ordered parts to be delivered to local branch by 3.30 as I was going away that day but unfortunately when I arrived to collect them "Sorry mate they didn't turn up" so had to drive a 30 mile round trip to collect from another branch myself!!! Wouldn't use them again if I needed things urgently!!!

I phoned Slough branch and ordered a part and was told to collect the next day but when I turned up to collect I was told that the part had not even been ordered and the staff member didn’t know who listed the part against my cars number plate. She then said it would be better if you go to Hayes branch and they have 1 item in stock.. so I phoned Hayes branch and they tried to charge me £25 more for the same part .. I refused to pay extra so I checked online and paid online the same amount I was quoted in Slough and picked the part up from Hayes.. I was not impressed..!!

Paid online for collection in store. Travelled to store next day and they made me wait and when time for collection comes, they said its out of stock and wasted my time and money.

Ordered 2 items almost 3 weeks ago and still had no word about my items and had no information if they had run out of stock and cancelled my order ect. Order being investigated as to why Its not been shipped

Parts online are considerably cheaper than in store. Which is annoying when I had to have a part delivered from a separate store. Found the part cheaper elsewhere. And didn't have to wait 4 days for it to move from Plymouth to eastleigh.

It was the second time I bought parts this week alone , sent over 500 pounds and when I took them to the mechanic.it was the wrong ones. Had to leave the car in the garage over the weekend. Because the mechanic had to close early on Saturday. And wait until Monday now. Staff not competent enough. Definitely need more training. Coming for a refund on Monday. Regards

Euro car parts online service is not the best l should say. I bought parts online and at the end of the purchase chose next day delivery even paid extra as l was desperate and had also made arrangements with my mechanic. Come day of delivery nothing came , fair enough deliveries delay, but no communication whatsoever from euro car parts. I checked with delivery company but they were still awaiting my parcel. I spoke to euro car parts and explained my desperation and the delay and chose to cancel and rather collect and they advised l could cancel and wait for refund and then repurchase as collection. I ended up buying a second set of the same parts as the other parcel was still being processed yet they still had it in their depot…l think you can do better with communicating any hiccups with arrangements.
