2010 Clio no longer can get correct front coil spring, an can't get clutch damper for it either

Purchased a brake like switch. The box looked battered but I was in a rush so assumed it was just the box. When I got home, the switch showed signs that it was used and also had a piece broken. I took it back and got a replacement. The guys were very apologetic and provided a new one which I checked was fine before leaving. Turned out I didn’t need it in the end so returned it unopened. The guy who processed the return was miserable and unhelpful. He asked for a receipt, I told him I purchased it online and didn’t have a receipt and forgot the one I previously got, at home. I offered him my vehicle reg but he declined (his colleagues previously accepted it so not sure why he couldn’t). He seemed uninterested and unhelpful. I had to suggest if my email confirmation would suffice and he mumbled and shrugged him shoulders. Turned out it was fine. He hardly spoke throughout the ‘ordeal’ but thankfully the refund was processed. Most staff I’ve encountered at the Hayes ECP are fine, helpful and friendly. I’m guessing that one fella was having a bad month.

Ordered a battery off the website to the car registration. Only to find it was the wrong spec . A return visit and more money spent to have the right one ..

Delivered on time. Trying to return item...what a joke. Followed YOUR returns policy, took to store. Only had online invoice. There is no invoice number! Tried sorting online, it says the item is non returnable! (Brake pads, unopened!)

No email to confirm order at halesowen branch. Turned up on Friday afternoon and it wasn't ready. So had to return on Saturday morning.

On 30th Juuly I placed a click & collect order. Went into store to cancel a click & collect order on 1st August. On 3rd August I received an email reminder to collect the order, so rang customer service to explain order was cancelled in store. Today is 11th August and still no refund !!

Called in to pick front discs and pads for my car and was only given one brake disc and had to return the following morning to collect the other disc. Staff were apologetic and did have the other disc in just didn’t give me both when picking up.

They showed my part in stock however when I arrived it wasn’t there and they had to refund me. But who refunds the fuel and time for me going to collect it. Also the amount of times I’ve went to Euros and they’ve given me the wrong part is beyond belief. I know car parts can be tricky and manufacturers update parts etc. but Euros are terrible for handing out the wrong parts and their online fitment checker is wildly inaccurate. Euros is consistently the most expensive place for general service parts also. It’s the last motor factors I go to only when the others don’t have my part in stock.

Picked item up look like was something missing package was open (ripped) Went for another order was supposed to be two items only got one !!. Need to do better for customer !!!.

I have been a loyal Euro Car Parts customer for over 15 years, and I’ve always valued your customer service — which is why I chose you over other suppliers like Autotrader. Recently, I ordered brake parts through my vehicle spares section, which clearly displayed the correct image for my car. However, the wrong parts were delivered. When I returned to exchange them for the correct brakes, I was charged an additional £17. I found this extremely unfair. The error was not on my part, yet I had to pay extra. In the interest of customer fairness and accountability, this charge should have been waived. That’s what true customer satisfaction looks like and it’s what encourages repeat business. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing and has made me question my choice of supplier

Product did not have a cap on. The person serving also did not seem to be bothered by that all. Appeared surprised that I questioned it. Luckily all I bought was some glue removal spray and not car parts , coz I don’t want to imagine how they would come

Parts were as described, however arrived a day late. Very difficult to contact anyone, no notification, can't be bothered trying to get my money back for the missed next day delivery. Disappointing.

found the staff in your Avonmouth branch really unhelpful and rude. went in to pick up a click and collect order and was just made to feel like it was an inconvenience for them, he just dumped the item on the counter, not even in reach I had to stretch right over to get it and it was a struggle as it was a heavy item. would definitely not recommend this branch, some customer training wouldn't go amiss
