I ordered online, whet to collect my items and the oil filter came out but had been used so the man got me another one and when i went to my customers house that evening to fit it was incorrect, i even asked the staff to double check. This is NOT the first time I've brought a part that has been used. it seems people buy goods then return them if incorrect but ECP should not accepted used parts.
Next time i will buy from another store
